Majkens Sylta
Our cosy neighbourhood bistro at Experiumtorget. Drop-in lunch with classic comfort food, pasta and pizza. In the evening, we serve à la carte and gourmet pizzas by the fireplace. We also offer takeaway pizza. There’s something here for all ages. Welcome home to us!

Lindvallens Wärdshus
Perfectly located in the heart of Gustavbacken for hungry skiers. Monday to Saturday, you can enjoy a smashed burger for lunch. After that, we kick off après-ski with Sweden’s best cover bands live on stage. As spring approaches, you can soak up the sun on our Weranda with views over Gustavbacken. Five nights a week, we also open Klubb W – Lindvallen’s very own nightclub! Check the calendar on our website for current après-ski bands and artists performing at Klubb W.
Snögubben Summit Restaurant
Our top restaurant is located at the very top of Gustavbacken, offering a fantastic view of the mountains. For this winter, the restaurant has been fully renovated and now boasts a brand-new look from floor to ceiling. We still proudly offer à la carte lunches in the dining room, as well as a wide selection of coffee, sandwiches and waffles in our café. From Thursday to Saturday, we feature live troubadour après-ski. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday evenings, you can book our experience package, including a snow groomer ride and fondue at the summit. A full evening for the whole family!
Caféet vid Gustavtorget
The café at the foot of Gustavbacken is perfect for lunch or a cosy break. Waffles, soups, sandwiches and pastries are all on the menu. After skiing, you can sit back and relax with a beer or something else delicious. Open during lift operating hours.
Bodegan
Bienvenido! Step into our Spanish courtyard at Gustavbacken. This is where everyone gathers after a day on the slopes. Open Thursday to Saturday with live après-ski music by a troubadour. At the bar you'll find snacks, Spanish wines, sangria, beer – and of course, a wide range of other drinks.
Söderåsen Foodtruck & Bar
At the foot of the Söderåsen slopes you find a wonderful little fenced area. The area consists of a food truck serving hearty fast food in the form of hamburgers, sausages and other delights, as well as a large bar and warming cabin. When spring arrives and the sun comes out, we will enjoy a wonderful view, pumping music and the occasional cold drink or coffee (non-alcoholic options are of course available).

Lammet & Grisen
Our chefs will hand-carve your fried fillet of lamb, pork tenderloin, fillet of beef, fully grilled lamb, crispy pork side, etc., for you while you choose the accompaniments yourself from our heavily-laden buffet tables. Roadkill Grill
A food truck serving kebab, gyros and falafel to hungry nightclub guests outside Klubb W at Gustavtorget. Open from 10:00 PM on nightclub evenings.
Ylvas våffelstuga
Ylva's Våffelstuga is diagonally to the right of Gustav Express. Freshly baked waffles with various accessories, goulash soup, grilled luxury sausage, coffee & cold beer are served here.
Fjällbagarn
Bakery, pizzeria and café with simple lunches - all in the middle of Lindvallen at the foot of the Gustavbacken slope. In the bakery you'll find bread rolls, sourdough bread, pastries, cakes, muesli and crispbread. Breakfast packages are available for those who want to up the luxury.
Hemfjällsstugan
On Hemfjället, 850 metres above sea level and five kilometres away on the ski and snowmobile trail you will find Hemfjällsstugan. Guests in Sälen have made excursions to this location for decades for the tranquillity, the freshly made waffles and the freshly made coffee! Today Hemfjällsstugan is also a great and sought after events locale in the evenings.
Fågelboet
Fondue restaurant during the evening where elk, reindeer and fillet of beef are dipped in the pot. Serves waffles, soups and hot sandwiches during the day.
Restaurant Winter
WINTER offers a great atmosphere and well-prepared food with everything from burgers to beef Rydberg made of reindeer. The signature dish is Wiener schnitzel.
Winter Lounge bar
Our cosy lounge bar has an exceptional bar selection which includes Sälen's largest selection of gin and tonic. The lounge bar has a bar menu for those wanting food, music from lounge DJ's including funk, soul and lounge music and every now and again there's even live music. Here you can eat and drink while hanging out with your friends and family - you'll never want to leave!
Viktors
Viktors combines elegance with a focus on international ingredients. The restaurant is located in the heart of Lindvallen and offers a sophisticated atmosphere where guests can enjoy classic dishes with a modern twist and new taste experiences, with the ambition that everyone will find their favourite in the menu. In our cosy restaurant you get the feeling of stepping into a second home where we hope you will feel comfortable. The style is inspired by English libraries and is very international. Upstairs, you'll find our vibrant 20s and 30s-style cocktail bar where the evening continues after dinner. You will find a full entertainment programme with great music from our DJs, a party piano bar with all kinds of music from the 80s to the latest hits and live music. In spring, the large outdoor terrace opens up, Sälen's absolute sunniest terrace with après-ski and a view of Sälfjällstorget's ski slopes. On the corner is Viktor's takeaway pizza. A warm welcome to Sälenstugan Original! Welcome to the warmth and relax in front of the fireplace in Sälen's probably cosiest log cabin. On a day with us you can expect coffee and cake, lunch, après-ski as well as our evening restaurant with delicious fjälltapas and of course our famous schnitzels. "The little Italian with great flavours". Italian food in an Italian style is slow food at its best. Menus consist of several small dishes in traditional Italian style. Homemade pasta dishes in our deli, cold cuts, cheeses and delicious side dishes. Satisfying skier lunches with fresh pasta as a starting point, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options. A dinner restaurant set in a beautiful log cabin in Hundfjället. Here, you can enjoy a set menu that reflects the best seasonal ingredients and the diversity of the local nature. The menu consists of several small dishes, each carefully crafted to balance and complement one another in a thoughtful sequence. A wine pairing or a handcrafted non-alcoholic drink package is selected on-site to enhance the flavors of each dish, with an award-winning wine list also available. The ambiance is set by the warm glow of the open fire or the shimmering snow visible through the panoramic windows. You can expect personalized and attentive service that will guide you through the ingredients and techniques. Frö is the natural choice for food lovers seeking surprises. Bullar & Bröd Sälen
Bullar & Bröd Sälen offers a bakery, pastry shop and Napoletan-inspired pizzas. The pizzas can be ordered for take away and eaten at home in the cabin. No table reservations. Freshly baked bread, sandwiches and pastries are available every day. You can also order cakes, pastries, sandwiches and sandwich cakes. Bullar & bröd is located at the Tempo shop in Hundfjället.
Marys Burgers
The charming hut in the centre of the slope serves up tasty burgers and fresh poké bowls to hungry guests, young and old. This is the obvious meeting place in the afternoon, afterski with a troubadour Tuesday-Saturday. Nice outdoor terrace for those who want to sit outside and enjoy the spring sunshine.
Topprestaurang Lyktan
Restaurant with the very best views in Hundfjället, 798 metres above sea level! À-la-carte menu, light meals and coffee and sweet treats are served during the day, while in the evening experience soirées with fondue or steak on a plank are offered.
Våffelstugan in Hundfjället
At the end of Trollskogen enchanted forest you will find Våffelstugan. The cosy log cabin serves waffles, hot chocolate, coffee and pastries in front of the open fire.
Fompes träkolsgrill
In the heart of Hundfjället you'll find Fompe's charcoal grill. In the newly built log cabin, the food is grilled on charcoal. We serve locally produced sausages, hamburgers etc. Here you can enjoy a beer in the sun A perfect lunch / picnic place close to the slopes and Trollskogen.
Joängets Fjällgård
Joänget's cozy waffle cottage, dating back to the 16th century and located just a stone's throw from Hundfjället, is the perfect place for both waffle lovers and bon vivants. Here we serve traditional waffles according to our old family recipe and fantastic food waffles. We also have full rights, so why not enjoy a cold beer or a glass of champagne with your meal? Welcome to experience both taste and atmosphere in a historic and relaxed environment!
Africa Room
The Africa Room is our private room for anyone needing a secluded spot for their group. You’ll get front row seats to an incredible view over Vinterträdgården, our entertainment venue, and have access to every one of our restaurants.
Jack’s BBQ Shack
Welcome to Sälen’s best BBQ! Here, you can gather for a hearty meal in a warm, rustic, and family-friendly setting. The wonderful aroma from the barbecue smoker constantly drifts across the slopes. After a few runs, we tempt you with world-class BBQ, classic ski fare, delicious fika treats, and warming coffee drinks. On selected evenings, we host Jack’s BBQ Dinner Night – ride a snowmobile sleigh to and from dinner and experience the mountain’s smokiest sharing BBQ dinner.
TBar
TBar is located just outside TB Grill Room. Connected to our terrace and the slopes, this is your natural gathering place during the day. There is always something to eat and drink here, from early morning until late at night. Drinks of all kinds are served here, and if you’ve missed lunch or breakfast, you can always order something filling from TBar’s bar menu.
Pianobaren
Our legendary cocktail & champagne bar with a unique atmosphere, great vibes, and Sweden’s top pianists at the grand piano several days a week. Exquisite snacks and small dishes from Rawkitchen are also served here.
Leffes
Leffes is the place for you if you’re craving a juicy smash burger, a tasty freshly baked pizza, or some small plates with a nice glass of wine after a day out in the mountains. Welcome to our drop-in restaurant with take away.
Onkel Jean
Our beloved restaurant Onkel Jean opens its doors with Head Chef Tim Larsson at the helm. With a genuine passion for ingredients, a keen sense of flavors, and a deep love for classic craftsmanship. Here we serve relaxed fine dining in the form of a four-course menu, but you can also order from a small à la carte menu. Open Wednesday to Saturday from January.
Vinterträdgården
Vinterträdgården is our grand entertainment venue and restaurant with over 350 seats. Here, you’ll enjoy a complete experience combining food, drinks and entertainment. In the Winter Garden, we host Sälen’s biggest after ski, gala dinners, conferences, shows, and festive Christmas celebrations.

Korv & Bread Scan Orren
Right in the heart of the skiing action, at the foot of Gustavbacken, you'll find the warming hut Korv & Bread Orren. A natural stop for hungry skiers. Here we serve burgers and sausages in all varieties, always using high-quality ingredients from Scan. The concept is simple: fast, tasty and satisfying food. Perfect for the whole family, whether you prefer to eat indoors or outdoors.
Korv & Bread Scan Trollstugan
When hunger strikes, Korv & Bread Trollstugan is the obvious stop at Hundfjället. In the warming hut, we serve classic dishes that are always a hit. Juicy burgers and sausages in various styles, naturally made with Swedish ingredients from Scan. Perfect for both adults and children who want to recharge between runs.
Tandådalens Wärdshus
The inn below the main slope in Tandådalen. In our cosy mountain setting, we offer everything from hamburgers to schnitzel, along with both hot and cold drinks. We have, of course, also provided an authentic après-ski every day since 1969. When the sun comes out, we move the après-ski to our terrace in the sunshine. Pizzastugan
Located right next to Tandådalen’s Inn. Here we serve waffles and pizza for both adults and children, along with refreshing or warming drinks. On certain evenings, the Pizzastugan transforms into a sports bar where you can enjoy pizza, drinks and sports on our televisions.
Wärsan nightclub
On Mondays and on certain Fridays during the season, Tandådalen’s Inn transforms into a nightclub in a genuine mountain setting. Haket
The lunch restaurant in eastern Tandådalen, by the Pulsen Express chairlift. Here we offer hot and cold drinks as well as street food in a mountain setting, ranging from kebab in pita bread and kebab with fries and fresh sides to goulash soup. In spring, we open our outdoor seating area in perfect sunshine.
