Frequently asked questions concerning Klarna

The registration fee, 25 % of the accommodation price + possible re-booking and cancellation insurance, is due 10 days after the booking date. The final payment is due 42 days prior to arrival.

All products on the booking are paid on the day of booking. Payment options are shown via Klarna Checkout. 

Bookings against invoice, which falls due for payment after 30 days unless stated otherwise. The invoice is sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. No billing fee applies. 

The invoice/confirmation you receive from SkiStar AB will show as paid and must not be paid, since payment will be made by Klarna. 

If you select Klarna instalment payments you can split your payments up in 3, 6 or 12 months with 18.9% interest. You only pay a fixed interest rate with Klarna, no other fees are charged, such as set-up or admin.

If you have chosen to pay by invoice but change your mind and would like to switch to payment in instalments via a Klarna account, that's fine. Pay in instalments in accordance with the information on your invoice or contact Klarna for more information.

As the customer, you must ensure that there is money in your account until we have debited the purchase price. If your account does not have sufficient funds or if for some other reason it is not possible for us to debit the money, we have the right to invoice the amount in question.

You can obtain a receipt for your payment by logging in at or via Klarna's app. 

Do you want to check and see if your booking is paid? Log into "My Page“ at and check the payments tab. Please note that if you selected Klarna Invoice as your payment option, the booking will show as paid regardless of whether or not you have paid the invoice. 

When choosing payment by invoice, you will be notified immediately of whether credit has been granted and we can process your purchase straight away. In this connection, Klarna may obtain a credit report. Should your application be rejected, you are welcome to choose an alternate payment method or to contact Klarna.
