Cykelvasan with your company
On 8 August 2026, Cykelvasan takes place during Vasaloppet’s Summer Week – a perfect opportunity for companies to cycle together and create memorable experiences.
With our company package, we take care of registration, accommodation and meals, so you can fully focus on the race. Race numbers are delivered directly to your accommodation, and both the energy buffet and breakfast are included.
Want to finish with an afterbike, hire bikes, or get tips before the race? Tell us what you would like, and we’ll make it happen.

Winter activities
Combining work and physical activity creates the conditions for a successful conference with a high return on the time invested. During the winter there are a variety of ways to get active in the mountains.
Activities during the summer and autumn season
Fast-paced downhill biking, or a leisurely walk. Summer in the mountains can be energetic or restful and offers activities to suit everyone in your company.

Spa and bath
Enjoy a spa treatment in Sauna World, or try your hand at indoor surfing. Several of our resorts have a wide range of spa and water park experiences.
Good food makes for good meetings
Culinary experiences and an uplifting atmosphere add value to the conference. Healthy food for teambuilding and kick-off helps to increase focus, making the overall experience memorable.
