Join a weekend of yoga, hiking, lectures, socialising and a fantastic SPA! You’ll stay, dine and drink well at Radisson Blu Mountain Resort & Residences, Trysil.

Experts within training and health will create a packed mixed programme with room for time to yourself and a slow start in the morning. A structure suitable for absolutely everyone and tailored to your own needs and condition. The objective is Reload and a weekend to remember! A more detailed schedule will follow.

The package includes accommodationin Friday-Sunday, breakfast and lunch Saturday-Sunday, dinner Friday-Saturday, lectures, yoga, participation fee and entrance to the Spa. The price example is calculated based on all beds in the accommodation being used. Applies to selected properties and periods, subject to limited availability.
