The weekend’s programme

The programme is preliminary and everyone who has made a reservation will be notified of exact times well before the weekend kicks off.

Friday October 14

Check-in and welcome dinner.

Check-in starts at 17:00, giving you time to enjoy the mountain or Experium’s Spa & Sauna World before dinner.


Saturday October 15

We start the day with some nice morning yoga guided by Kristin, followed by a delightful breakfast all together.

After breakfast, it’s time to enjoy the mountain, with options to walk, jog or run. The goal is to enjoy and get to know the mountain. After that, it’s time for a delicious lunch at Experium.

In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a Soma Move class with Kristin. Finally, we’ll end the day with some spa time and relaxation for anyone who wants to before dinner.


Sunday October 16

Soma Move with Kristin kicks off the day, followed by a wonderful breakfast.

Then you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some mountain activities before one final lunch all together and the journey home, where you’ll be filled with energy, memories, strengthened relationships and new friends.
