Return and exchange
We defrays the cost of one exchange per consignment, provided that our return label is used. If our return label is not used, we will not be able to reimburse the carriage cost.

We only deliver goods to Sweden, Norway or Denmark.
The standard delivery time for small parcels or home delivery is 1-7 working days from the date we confirmed your order by e-mail. If the good needs to be mounted or in some other way modified or adapted, the delivery time is between 5-10 working days. When collecting a good from a SkiStarshop Concept Store, the good is normally available 3-7 working days after the date of our confirmation to you.
When your order is sent from our stores, an e-mail is sent to the given e-mail address. If your delivery is late, you must contact our customer service.
MySkiStar Points is a free-of-charge bonus system for those of you who are registered with MySkiStar. Everything you buy online at skistar.com and skistarshop.com generates points which you can then use as payment when you buy products or book trips online with us at SkiStar.
The point system is personal and is linked to your MySkiStar profile. You already get points for all your online purchases. As of season 2015/16, you can use points as payment when you book your ski holiday on skistar.com or buy equipment and clothing on skistarshop.com.
