Right next to the new Lodge Express in SkiStar Lodge, you can enjoy delicious meals from early morning to late evening throughout the winter season. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as pizza and exciting theme nights. Our varied menu includes everything from fresh pastries and sumptuous cocoa to tasty meat and vegetarian dishes. Our lobby bar is the great room where you can relax with a drink after a long day on the slopes. There's seating both inside and out, and kids can have fun in our playroom.

Fjellkafeen
Right between the top stations, Hollvin Express and Lodge Express, you will find Fjellkafeen. Here you will find the real mountain atmosphere - a warm and cosy break in the middle of Hemsedal Skisenter. Come in and enjoy a delicious lunch in pleasant surroundings, and between runs you can take a well-deserved coffee break with freshly baked goods and waffles. Restaurant Rambler
Restaurant Rambler can be found downstairs in the Fýri Sports Club, across the street from Fýri Resort. Here you can enjoy everything from delicious refreshments, delicious lunch and Après ski, a little out of the ordinary. Rambler offers a warm and cosy atmosphere with stylish interiors and delicious food experiences such as fondues, Neapolitan pizza and delicious baked goods.

Stavkroa
Afterski since 1982 – currently the largest in Scandinavia. A short walk from the slopes to afterski from 15:00 every weekend during the season. With 3,500 sqm spread across six venues, the place offers afterski, parties and concerts with big names, and an atmosphere for all ages. Stavkroa is also open for conferences and can be booked for B2B events across all six venues.
Stavkroa Arena
Welcome to Stavkroa Arena – a new stage for major experiences. The arena, established in the 2023/24 season, is built for larger concerts and events and is now also open for B2B functions and conferences. With 1,100 sqm and facilities that match the level of the events created here, Stavkroa Arena sets a new standard and books big names for concerts.
Stavkroa: Afterski Floor & The Mezz
Afterski at its best – with high energy, singalongs and an iconic atmosphere every Friday and Saturday. The Afterski Floor offers 420 sqm, long tables for large groups and DJ Micke, delivering the traditional afterski we all know. For a more exclusive experience, The Mezz takes you up to a VIP area overlooking the dance floor, with personal bar service and a premium drinks selection. With limited capacity, you get one of the best spots in the house – right in the heart of the action, but with added comfort.
Stavkroa: DØLI
A cosy bar and meeting place at the bottom of Hemsedal at Stavkroa. Stop by for a relaxing moment after a day on the slopes. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, serving kebabs and a selection of drinks. Enjoy a laid-back afterski with good vibes, snowboard classics on the walls and a range of events.
Stavkroa: Kitchen Bar
Kitchen Bar is a nightclub with a total area of 230 sqm. Here you can enjoy great drinks, hang out with friends and order food. When the clock passes 21:00 and afterski winds down, Kitchen Bar is where the party continues. Our resident DJs keep the energy high both during and after afterski.
Stavkroa: Stallen Saloon
Stallen Saloon is a western-inspired pub, with saddle seats instead of bar stools and bartenders who provide entertainment. Stallen is known for its lively atmosphere and bartenders who put on a show and engage the guests. At just 65 sqm, it is one of the smaller areas, ideal for smaller gatherings – but also for a full party in true Stallen style.
Lynx Restaurant
Dine in majestic surroundings with the best view in Hemsedal. At restaurant Lynx, Nordic elegance meets Italian culinary passion in a warm and stylish atmosphere. The restaurant offers exciting architecture, flavorful food, and panoramic views of the valley – both indoors and out. Lynx serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Skarsnuten’s large outdoor terrace is the perfect spot for après-ski when the sun comes out.
Miru
At restaurant Miru at Skarsnuten, you’ll experience traditional Japanese flavors with a modern Nordic twist. Miru means "to see" in Japanese – enjoy delicate and unpretentious food with views of the beautiful mountains of Hemsedal.

Slopestyle Kitchen
At the base of Hemsedal SnowPark, you’ll find the gem Slopestyle Kitchen – just above the lift-up to the Tinden lift. This year, a new concept is being launched, featuring a liquor licence, warm and delicious sandwiches, and hot and cold drinks. Here you can take a quick drink break, enjoy a lunch between runs, or simply sit back and watch all the spectacular jumps in the parks.
