During the winter season, you can start your day with a large breakfast buffet, enjoy a varied lunch, or round off your ski day with classic dinner dishes – and not least, try Hemsedal’s largest and most popular hot chocolate.

The buffet includes both hot and cold dishes, smoothies, various types of porridge, bread, spreads and homemade shots. It’s a popular way to start the day, whether you’re heading to the slopes or the cross-country ski trails.

In summer and autumn, Lodgen Spiseri transforms into a cosy café and gathering spot. The menu varies depending on the weather and ingredient availability. You can always get freshly baked sandwiches, pasta, Italian pizza sandwiches, refreshing drinks, Hemsedal’s best barista coffee and a lovely summer vibe – with warmth from the fireplace when the weather is cool.

The outdoor area invites both relaxation and activity, with space for games like volleyball, kubb, chess and bean bag tossing. Indoors, there is a playroom and tabletop games available.
The perfect stop for cyclists and hikers
The restaurant is located right next to Tottelia Bike Park and the Silverstone flow trail, making it the perfect stop for those combining cycling in Hemsedal with a good meal. The Lodge Express lift runs throughout the day, making it easy to get up and down the mountain – on foot or by bike.
