Booking confirmation and payment

Here, groups of 4–192 participants can book their package or submit an interest form. Follow the instructions below to secure your places and get all information about payment and deadlines.

4–48 participants

If you are 4–48 participants in the same group, you can book via the booking link. Simply follow the online instructions to complete payment.

If your desired places are not available on the website, read on and submit a form so your booking can be handled manually.

49–192 participants

If you are 49–192 participants in the same group, fill in the form. We will then handle your booking manually in order and contact you.

Interest form

How the request works:

  1. Fill in the request with your desired package and number of participants.
  2. We will book you, subject to availability*, on the package you requested.
  3. A confirmation and invoice will be sent from SkiStar AB with an attached PDF to the email address you provided.
  4. Advance payment: Approximately 25% of the total booking (varies between packages) + any insurance.
  5. You have 10 days to pay the advance payment to confirm participation in SkiWeek Vemdalen 2026. No reminders will be sent – please check your email regularly.
  6. Full payment must be made at least 42 days before arrival.

*If places are fully booked, we will contact you by phone or email with further information.
