Booking confirmation and payment

Groups of 4–192 participants can book their package or submit a form. Follow the instructions below to secure your places and receive all information about payment and important deadlines.

4–48 participants

If you are 4–48 participants in the same group, you can book yourselves via the booking link. Simply follow the online instructions to complete the payment.

If your desired places are not available on the website, read on below and submit an interest form so your booking can be handled manually.

49–192 participants

If you are 49–192 participants in the same group, please submit the form. We will then handle your booking request manually in order of submission and contact you.

How the enquiry works:

  • Fill in the enquiry with your chosen package and number of participants.
  • We will book you, as far as places are available*, on your chosen package and send an email with confirmation and invoice.
  • Advance payment: approximately 25 % of the total booking (varies between packages) + any insurance.
  • You have 10 days to pay the advance payment to confirm participation in SkiWeek Åre 2026. No reminders will be sent – keep an eye on your email.
  • Full payment must be made at least 42 days before arrival.

*If places are fully booked, we will contact you by phone or email with further information.
