What’s happening in Vemdalen during Easter?

Easter in Vemdalen offers great conditions on the slopes, après-ski, competitions and activities for both children and adults.

Throughout the period, several events take place across the ski area, from competitions and music to family-friendly activities.

Steilhang Race by EQPE

Easter begins with the Steilhang Race by EQPE in Klövsjö/Storhogna on 28–29 March. The competition has Swedish Championship status and brings together some of the country’s top skiers for a fast-paced start to the Easter programme.

Après-ski and music quiz at Passet

Après-ski at Passet in Vemdalsskalet is a recurring highlight throughout the Easter period, with music and a lively atmosphere after a day on the slopes. Après-ski takes place daily from 28 March to 12 April.

Popular music quizzes are also held at Passet on the evenings of 1 and 8 April.

The Vemdalen Final in Björnrike

Easter concludes with the Vemdalen Final on 9–12 April in Björnrike, a traditional end-of-season celebration with activities and events.

On 11 April, the programme also includes the Dammracet race and après-ski with Smalare än Tord.

Easter at Klövsjöfjäll

At Klövsjöfjäll you can experience a true alpine après-ski atmosphere with DJs and live music. The lively atmosphere fills both the large terrace and the pub as guests gather after skiing for music and good company.

Children’s activities with Valle

For families, Valle offers an extensive Easter programme including skiing with Valle, shows, parades, egg hunts and Easter après-ski. Activities take place throughout the Easter period across several areas of Vemdalen.
