Easter 2026 in Trysil – Events for Everyone
Easter is one of the most wonderful holidays in the mountains, featuring both new and traditional events. Enjoy fantastic spring skiing, competitions, events, and outdoor après-ski across the entire ski area!
An Easter with something for everyone
Every year, many people choose to visit Trysil for one or several days during the Easter holiday. It’s lively and social, with peak season for great food, activities and events for both children and adults.
What’s on in Trysil at Easter?
At Easter, Trysil comes alive with music, skiing and experiences from morning to evening.
Combine spring skiing in sunny slopes with après-ski, concerts, family activities and events that bring everyone together. Here are the highlights of the Easter programme.
Après-ski, concerts and festival atmosphere
Easter Festival at Laaven
1–5 April
Après-ski and evening events featuring well-known artists, themed parties and silent disco. On several days during Easter week, Laaven is filled with live music and a great crowd enjoying the sunshine.
The programme includes artists such as TIX, resident DJ Braaheim and several other well-known names.
Tickets are available at laaventrysil.com.
Seterrock at Knettsetra
30 March–4 April
A crowd-pleasing party with concerts right on the slopes and a warm, social atmosphere. Expect both established names and a great vibe that carries on well into the afternoon.
Ski experiences from morning to evening
If you want to make the most of your ski day, join a corduroy morning on several Easter mornings – freshly groomed runs and a calm start before the resort fully wakes up. On selected days, you can also enjoy evening skiing, with slopes open well into the afternoon.
Activities for children and families
Easter in Trysil is a favourite with families. Valle runs a dedicated Easter programme with skiing, shows, Easter parades, egg hunts and play – spread across several days and areas around the resort. You’ll find Valle and children’s activities collected in a separate section further down the page.
For children and teens who want to improve their skills, Oakley Jib Academy also takes place, with instructors offering tips and coaching in the park.
Skisprell: playful fun on the slopes
Create new Easter memories with Skisprell on telemark skis – a free, low-threshold event organised by NSF Telemark in partnership with SkiStar Trysil. Expect instruction, equipment loan and playful activities for both children and adults.
Advance registration is recommended via bjornespen.aase@skiforbundet.no.
In the calendar, you’ll find a complete overview of times, locations and the full Easter programme day by day.
