Send it with confidence and control
Welcome to Senderella Camp x SkiStar Trysil. A weekend for girls who want to feel more confident on jumps, technical trails and lift assisted mountain biking.
The camp is suitable for you if you have some previous biking experience and want to take the next step on the bike. You do not need to be very experienced, but it is an advantage if you have been riding trails for a year or more.
It is also suitable for those who have been biking for a while, but want to feel more confident on jumps, technical trails and freeride trails together with other girls who want the same.
What you will learn
During the weekend, we will run different courses and workshops during the day, with a focus on technique, control and safe progression.
- Body position on the bike, line of sight, cornering and braking technique
- Line choice and biking in technical terrain
- Jump technique and possibly tricks
- Pump track and dirt technique, if there is time and energy left
Weather and conditions will help determine which courses are held on the different days. There will not be courses all day, so there will also be time to explore more of the area or continue practising what you have just learnt, either on your own or with others at the camp.
Meet the instructors
Ingrid Lonar is known as one of Norway’s best female jump riders. She was the first woman to ride the A-line at Huckfest in Ål and has won «best vibe» during B-RAGE Sesh in Trysil. Ingrid rides trails, downhill and dirt, and rides for Canyon. Check her out on Instagram: @ingridlonar.
Arvida Ander is one of the strongest biking instructors in SkiStar Guides. She rides some of the most difficult trails in Trysil and loves flying high on the jumps. Arvida is passionate about getting more girls out biking and helping them take up more space on the bike.
