Competitions
During Trysil Bike Fest, you can take part in competitions for children, young people and adults. Some are low-threshold and mainly for fun, while others are all about speed, flow and challenging yourself.
Prize ceremony: Dual Slalom, the pump track competition, Gullia Golden Ticket and the wildcard for B-RAGE Sesh will be awarded during After Bike at Mt. Mocca.
Dual Slalom
Two riders side by side on a slippery surface. Small margins and plenty of excitement. Sign up at the start.
B-RAGE Prospects Session (wildcard for B-RAGE Sesh)
Open session where young riders can show their level. One wildcard for B-RAGE Sesh will be awarded. Sign up on site.
Gullia Golden Ticket
Film-based challenge in Gullia where style, creativity and flow can earn you a «golden ticket».
Ta sjansen!
A creative, spectator-friendly challenge over water. Free to enter, and the atmosphere is just as important as the result.
woom Kids Cup (ages 1–4)
A safe and fun biking activity for the youngest riders on balance bikes. Everyone who completes it gets a prize.
Valle’s bike treasure hunt
A play-based trail in Gullia where children search for a secret treasure. Suitable for children aged 3–6.

Cornering technique
Learn to read the corner, find the right line and carry your speed through challenging sections.
Pump track
Learn to use your body effectively to generate speed and keep the flow without pedalling.
Jumps
Gain better control in the air. Work on progression, jump technique and tricks, adapted to your level.
Jumps Girls Only
A course for girls who want to develop their jump technique in a safe and motivating environment.
Jumps Airbag
Practise bigger jumps and new tricks with a soft landing on an airbag.
