Trysil Bike Arena is for everyone. Whether you are a family, a group of friends, a company group or an experienced rider, you will find experiences and challenges at every level.
It is easy to get started. The trails are purpose-built, equipment is available for hire, and with an instructor you can get a safe start if you want.

What sets Trysil Bike Arena apart from many other biking destinations is how easy it is to get started, while still offering enough challenges to progress.
You can start easy and build confidence on the green trail Green Fox or in Gullia Kids Park, or go straight to more demanding trails such as Boneyard, which opened in July 2025.
Trysil Bike Park
When you take the lift into the mountains, you are in Trysil Bike Park. Here you will find lift assisted mountain biking, including the 7 kilometre long Magic Moose, as well as several other trails built for speed and flow.
In total, Trysil Bike Park offers more than 20 kilometres of purpose-built trails in the mountains.
Trysil Trail Park
At Trysil Trail Park, you’ll find miles of bike trails through forests and mountain terrain. Gullia Trail Park is the largest and most popular area, with everything from green trails for children to demanding challenges for experienced riders. For calmer rides, mountain views and more sheltered surroundings, Fageråsen Trail Park is a great choice.
Trysil Skill Park
Across Trysil Bike Arena, you will find skills area that are part of Trysil Skill Park. In Gullia, for example, you will find Gullia Kids Park and Gullia Pro Park – two areas with pumptrack adapted to different levels.
In other areas, you will find smaller zones with jump lines and wooden features for those who want to practise and progress.
Use the right equipment
It is easy to choose the right equipment. You do not need to know the difference between full suspension and hardtail – it is enough to know where you want to ride.
If you are riding in the Trail Park, trail riding equipment and rental bikes are a good choice. For lift assisted mountain biking in the Bike Park, equipment suited to that type of riding is recommended.

Is this a new experience?
If you are unsure about trail riding, it can be a good idea to start with a private bike guide. With a pace adapted to you and useful tips, the experience will be better from the start.

Trysil Bike Arena opened in 2014 and has since developed into an extensive biking destination with trails, skills area and lift assisted mountain biking.
