Trail riding in Gullia Trail Park

In Gullia in Trysil, you’ll find 30 km of exciting bike trails across all difficulty levels. Riding in the forest can offer challenge and excitement, with both natural trails and purpose-built trails, as well as several flow trails. Gullia offers great experiences for everyone from young children to experienced mountain bikers.

Flow, variety and a sense of progression

Here, you’ll find everything from easy green trails for those who have never tried trail riding before, to the double black B-RAGE. If you plan to move on to lift assisted mountain biking in Trysil Bike Park, we recommend that you feel comfortable on at least blue trails here first.

The area is easily accessible from Turistsenteret and is a natural place to begin trail riding in Trysil.

The trails are graded in the same way as ski slopes – from green and blue to red and black. Below, you’ll find an overview of the trails in Gullia.

Green Fox (1)

  • Grading: Green
  • Length: 1.3 km
  • Type: Flow trail

A great trail to begin with in Gullia – easy, fun and ideal for practising technique before trying blue trails.

Happy Rabbit (8)

  • Grading: Green
  • Length: 1.8 km
  • Type: Flow trail

A playful trail with 49 whoops that create flow and a sense of progression. Suitable for beginners, but also challenging for experienced riders – for example, by doubling the whoops.

Lucky Ducky (11)

  • Grading: Green
  • Length: 600 m
  • Type: Flow trail

An ideal place to begin biking in Trysil – easy and fun for beginners of all ages.

Shorty (23)

  • Grading: Green
  • Length: 500 m

Connects several trails in Gullia and leads, among other places, towards Bistro 19 by Trysil golf course.

Sneaky Snake (24)

  • Grading: Green
  • Length: 120 m
  • Type: Flow trail

A short, playful trail that works well as a break or for those wanting to test a little extra flow at the start.

Tractor Hill (5)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 1 km

An uphill trail that offers more than just transport. It’s a great ride through forest and trees all the way to the top.

Blueberry Swing (2)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 1.2 km
  • Type: Flow trail

A good transition to the more advanced trails deeper into Gullia.

King Lizard (13)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 1.2 km
  • Type: Flow trail

A playful trail with great turns and good flow through the landscape.

Papa Bear (26)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 830 m
  • Type: Flow trail

A favourite for many – built so experienced riders can jump, while beginners can roll calmly over the features.

Sweet Dreams (3)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 1 km
  • Type: Flow trail

A classic flow trail with berms – a playful “mini Magic Moose”.

Rock’n Roll (6)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 1 km
  • Type: Flow trail

Begins as a more natural trail and finishes with beautiful berms.

Woodstock

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 100 m
  • Type: Flow trail

A short trail built in a narrow valley – here, gravity moves you both up and down.

Zippy (12)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 1 km
  • Type: Flow trail

A varied trail with whoops, jumps and berms.

Rookie (4)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 2.2 km

A trail that takes you uphill through the terrain, but with plenty of variation you’ll be at the top in no time. It also passes through the 300-metre ravine in Sherwood Forest.

Sherwood Forest

  • Length: 1 km

A kilometre-long bridge with spectacular, Instagram-worthy surroundings – enjoy the view, but keep your focus on the line.

Woodpecker (17)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 1.4 km
  • Type: Flow trail

Takes you furthest into Gullia – a more advanced blue trail with good flow and variety.

Twin Peaks (22)

  • Grading: Red
  • Length: 400 m
  • Type: Freeride trail

A parallel slalom where you can challenge friends side by side.

French Moustache (9)

  • Grading: Red
  • Length: 1 km
  • Type: Freeride trail

Wallrides, jumps and technical sections – a trail that really tests your skills.

Red Mist (7)

  • Grading: Red
  • Length: 1.2 km
  • Type: Technical trail

A technical trail with roots and rocks – demanding, but great fun.

Redneck (14)

  • Grading: Red
  • Length: 600 m
  • Type: Freeride trail

Narrow, intense and full of jumps and challenges – for experienced riders.

Rodeo (31)

  • Grading: Red
  • Length: 500 m
  • Type: Flow trail

A flow trail with big jumps and high speed that ends in Missing Link.

Missing Link (19)

  • Grading: Blue
  • Length: 1.2 km
  • Type: Flow trail

Connects the network furthest south in Gullia – playful sections and good flow.

Huckleberry (15)

  • Grading: Black
  • Length: 660 m
  • Type: Freeride trail

One of the most technically demanding trails in Trysil – no easy way round, only for experienced riders.

Cowboy (16)

  • Grading: Red
  • Length: approx. 500 m

A quick way back to the top after the more demanding trails.

Miss Piggy (18)

  • Grading: Red
  • Length: 1.4 km
  • Type: Freeride trail

A spectacular trail with large wooden features, including the “pig’s tail” – a spiral-shaped bridge.

Cave Man (30)

  • Grading: Black
  • Type: Technical trail

A technical and demanding trail linking the area around B-RAGE and Redneck.

B-RAGE

  • Grading: Double black
  • Length: 600 m
  • Type: Freeride trail

B-RAGE is an extreme trail with 20 big jumps, drops and demanding features. Only for very experienced riders with full protective gear.

Safety

For your own safety, we recommend saving the trail patrol number: +47 992 80 084. The line is staffed during the lift’s opening hours.

Important information outside the season

Outside the season, work may be taking place on the trails, and both people and machinery may be present. The trail patrol is not available then, and all biking is at your own risk.

In case of injury, call the medical centre: 62 45 78 50. In an emergency, call 113.

For your safety, bicycle helmets are mandatory in all cycling areas.

    From the top of Fjellekspressen, an entire world of riding experiences awaits – with fun flow trails for different levels, freeride trails with airy jumps, and technical trails with roots and rocks. Experience the freedom of 20 kilometres of lift assisted mountain biking adapted to different skill levels. To ride here, you need the Medium or Large TrysilPass.
