Skiing holidays Lindvallen

Lindvallen consists of four squares and is SkiStar Sälen's largest ski destination. Here you will find one of Europe's largest contiguous areas for children and beginners.

Staying in Lindvallen

Most of our lodging in Lindvallen is located at one of the four squares: Söderåstorget, Experiumtorget, Gustavtorget and Sälfjällstorget. At Experiumtorget, everything is close at hand. Here you'll find the SkiStar Lodge Lindvallen, Ski Lodge Village and Timmerbyn, adventure pool, spa, bowling, groceries shop and numerous restaurants. At Sälfjällstorget there are a number of restaurants. The Ski and Swim bus makes transport between your lodging and the ski slopes or water park a doddle.

 

 
Skiing In Lindvallen

In Lindvallen, most slopes are green or red, and it's easy for the whole family to ski together. Three chairlifts mean that everyone can get to the top easily. The ski area is connected with Högfjället.

Children's Areas In Lindvallen

Sydpolen (The South Pole)

The South Pole is located at Söderåsen Express (formerly Express 303). Here you'll find both button lifts and conveyor belts and green, easy slopes.

Valleberget

One of Europe's largest children's areas is located in front of the SkiStar Lodge Experium Lindvallen, at Experiumtorget in Lindvallen. Here there are a dozen or so button lifts, several conveyor belts, one of which is covered, plus lots of easy slopes. There is also a sledding slope and a playground. Valleberget is also home to Valletorget, an adventure area featuring a time machine, post office and a large stage for music. The Valle square is open for skiing until 6 pm every day!

Sälfjällstorget

At Sälfjällstorget there are both button lifts and conveyor belts, plus lots of child-friendly ski slopes within easy reach of car parking.

Snow Parks & Fun Ride

Lindvallen is home to a Fun Ride with jumps, bumps, boxes and banked curves that are designed to suit everyone, from small children and beginners to advanced skiers. Fun Ride is located next to the chairlift Gustav Express (formerly Gustav III).

In the children's area around the Sparven lift (L5) is a park with green jumps and boxes.
