EXECUTE Sälen by adidas Terrex
Execute Sälen by adidas Terrex is a team relay consisting of teams of two to four runners. In total, each team will run 100 km with approximately 4,000 metres of elevation gain. You have 12 hours to complete the challenge - are you up for it?

Gather your friends, colleagues, family or another tough group and enter the men's, women's or mixed category. This is a competition you won't soon forget! The relay is run in four different courses that must be run four times within the team, regardless of team size.

New for 2025: Execute Sprint
At least one person in the team must participate in the mandatory Execute Sprint on Friday, otherwise the team will have a penalty round on Saturday. There are individual prizes for the top three finishers in the women's and men's classes, which means everyone who takes part on Saturday can compete for prizes in Friday's sprint.
The courses for Execute Sälen by adidas Terrex
The relay will be run on four different courses (green, blue, red and black), each of which will be run four times per team. A total of sixteen, regardless of the number of team members.
- Green – Sjön, 3.4 km: Short and easy starter route around Sjön at the foot of Hundfjället.
- Red – Trollskogen, 9.3 km: Easy but hilly route with mountain trail in Trollskogen.
- Blue – Rodeln, 3.2 km: Short route with elevation gain in Hundfjället’s old rodel track.
- Black – Väggen, 9.3 km: Tough and hilly route with climb up Väggen.

Friday
- From 15:00 – Check-in at SkiStar Lodge Hundfjället for guests staying there.
- Race Village opens
- 17:00–22:00 – Dinner*
- Approx. 20:00–21:00 – Execute Sprint
Saturday
- 04:30–10:00 – Breakfast* at Forest, SkiStar Lodge Hundfjället
- 06:00 – Execute Sälen by adidas Terrex
Sunday
- 07:00–10:00 – Breakfast* at Forest, SkiStar Lodge Hundfjället
