Ski Test Weekend Hemsedal
Welcome to the ski test weekend with free trials of the season's latest ski and snowboarding products. Several of the largest ski and snowboard manufacturers are on site on the Saturday and Sunday.
In addition to this year's latest ski and snowboarding products, you also get to try goggles, helmets and other accessories. The ski and product test is free, so you can test to your heart’s content all weekend long.
How to test skis
In order to be able to test skis and other products, you need to be a SkiStar Member. If you're not already a member, you can join now. Read more and become a member »
Once you become a member, you can continue according to the instructions:
- Download the SkiStar app. The app can be downloaded for both iPhone and Android.
- Log in
- Go to the Profile tab
- Select 'Member'
- Above your membership level, you will see a square with an arrow below. Swipe the square down to make your personal QR code visible.
- Show the QR code for the supplier whose products you want to try
Once you have finished trying, show the QR code to the supplier, who will then check that you have returned the product.

Welcome to SkiStar Lodge Hemsedal
You'll be staying in the heart of Hemsedal right at the foot of the ski slopes. Directly outside the entrance is the new express lift Lodge Express where there is also a children's area with a ski school. The hotel offers a playroom, several restaurants and bars, a climbing wall and shopping. Here you can select from spacious hotel rooms to high standard apartments. Parking in the garage is available for a fee.
