Owner Weeks and Benefits
When you rent out your accommodation through SkiStar, you as an owner receive several benefits. The benefits you receive depend on how much you rent out during the upcoming winter season.
Benefit Categories
We have four benefit categories: Black, Red, Blue, and Green.
Your benefit category determines how many weeks you can reserve for your own use. The more weeks your unit is available for rental, the more benefits you receive.
Benefits cannot be combined with other discounts.
Use the property yourself – owner weeks
You decide which weeks you want to use – these are called owner weeks or own weeks, and the number depends on the benefit category you have chosen.
If the unit is available two weeks before arrival, you can reserve it for your own use without it affecting the number of owner weeks.
Below you can see how many own weeks you can use in each category, the applicable periods, and other benefits included.
