SkiStar’s activity insurance

The activity insurance, including theft/damage to rented equipment, covers:

  • New equipment if theft or damage to equipment was hired at any of SkiStar's ski rentals. Refund for the remaining days of ski&bike rental, SkiPass, Bike or TrailPass or cycling school booked through SkiStar if you are forced to cancel your trip. Applies when medical certificate is presented.
  • Accident protection. Applies to all SkiStar’s facilities throughout your stay with us.

Deductibles

  • Skis adult 700 SEK/youth 300 SEK, Bike adult 3000 SEK/youth 1000 SEK - in case of theft or damage to rented equipment.
  • SEK 0 for compensation for unused days for bike rental, Bike and TrailPass or cycling school.
  • SEK 0 for Europeiska ERV Accident Insurance

How to report damage

  • Report any theft or damage to equipment to one of our service desks.
  • Report any damage and compensation for bike rental, Bike/TrailPass or cycling school on erv.se.
