To make you feel safe and secure when booking a stay at one of our destinations, we offer three levels of insurance cover specifically designed for your mountain holiday. Several of the covers also include insurance from the Europeiska ERV insurance company .

Secure booking with the SkiStar cancellation and rebooking cover

Our cancellation and changes cover allows you to book with greater confidence. Our cancellation and booking cover includes cancellation insurance from Europeiska ERV.

SkiStar’s Security Cover

SkiStar’s Security Cover is the insurance that comes with your SkiStar All Year subscription. With SkiStar's Security Cover, you as a customer have increased security if something unforeseen should happen during your subscription period.

Skier and Activity Insurance

For a safer holiday, you can add Skier and Activity Insurance from Europeiska ERV to your booking. The insurance is for anyone buying a Lift or SkiPass and/or renting ski or bicycle equipment.

Child accident insurance

Your child is automatically* covered by accident insurance while participating in SkiStar's organised ski or bike lessons, childcare, and camps. This insurance is included with your booking and covers accidents that occur during these activities. For coverage outside of these organised activities, you may wish to arrange additional accident insurance.

*This insurance applies only to children who are residents of EU/EEA countries or Switzerland and hold a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Residents of the UK are advised to arrange separate insurance for their child.
