Accommodation information

Information at check-in

  • Check-in from 17:00.
  • The ski locker can be found outside, around the other side of the entrance door. You will find a key to the ski locker in the apartment.
  • Staffed reception can be found in Skistar Lodge, Tel. +47 624 500 00. 

Information at check-out

  • Check-out starts at 11:00 a.m.
  • This must be done at check-out
    • Empty the fridge/freezer for food
    • Start the dishwasher (it does not need to be completed before departure)
    • Remove the rented bed and put it in the hallway.
    • Turn off the lights and close doors and windows
  • Empty the garbage bin and bring it to the nearest container/molokk station. 

No power on the stove?

The cooker guard is activated and you must reset it by pressing the button on the black box under the kitchen fan. 
The cooker guard is a safety device that switches off the power to the stove if it gets to hot or to mush is used at the same time. 

How to adjust the heat

To start operating the RCT, the display must first be activated by pressing the button.

To change the temperature. Press the up and down arrow keys.

Do not press any other buttons. It may cause a malfunction.

Baby cot + Chair

Can be ordered in advance and will then be delivered to the apartment before or on arrival. Please contact reception if this is required and ordered after arrival.

Fuse box

Fuse box is located in the hallway of the apartment

Dishwasher

The apartments are equipped with a dishwasher. There is no need to use salt in the dishwasher in Hemsedal.

Rubbish

All rubbish must be transported/disposed of in the nearest waste station. You will find docks outside Bakken apartment, next to Check in 71.

Parking

We have a parking garage and outdoor parking for a fee. The easiest way to park is in the parking garages located under the Fjellandsbyen. In addition to the parking garage under SkiStar Lodge Hemsedal, there is a large new parking garage, where there is often space available.

  • Spike shoes are prohibited indoors.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors.
