Brasserie T

Brasserie T is our steakhouse with one of Trysilfjellet's absolute best locations. The restaurant serves aged and selected cuts of meat from Norway and Canada among others, with suitable accompaniments chosen according to taste.

In a cosy atmosphere overlooking the ski slopes, you can enjoy good food and drink in true Steakhouse tradition. In addition to selected cuts of meat, there are always vegetarian dishes as well as delicacies from the sea. A warm welcome to Brasserie T!

New Years Eve

On New Year’s Eve, we will offer pre-paid set menu dinners, available for booking from 15 November. 

We still have availability for the 3 course set menu at 16:30 with the following menu:

  • Creamy chanterelle mushroom soup, chive oil, sourdough toast with parmesan
  • Beef tenderloin, caramelized carrots, Borderlaisesauce, duchess potatoes 
  • Rhubarb tart, lemon meringue, vanilla ice cream

The Lounge

The Lounge is our cosy meeting spot next to Brasserie T at Radisson Blu Resort Trysil. Enjoy a refreshing drink and light snacks in a relaxed atmosphere – the perfect place to unwind after an active day or to enjoy a drink before dinner.
