Snow Park Summer Camp
Don't miss the ultimate summer skiing experience in Trysil. Train on real snow and develop your skills alongside some of Scandinavia’s top park skiers. During the week, our ambassadors Birk Ruud and Jesper Tjäder will join the camp as coaches, sharing their best tips and experiences. Several well-known profiles will also be on site as coaches throughout the week. Places are limited, so secure your spot today.
Two Camps for Different Ages and Skill Levels
New this year are two age-adapted groups: 10-15 years and 15-17 years. The younger group trains in the park during the morning, while the older group has its sessions in the afternoon.
Snow Park Summer Camp (10-15 years)
During the camp, participants ride on real snow together with others who share the same passion for skiing. With coaching on rails, jumps and lines, as well as personal follow-up throughout the week, each skier receives the tools needed to progress, learn new tricks and take their park skiing to the next level.
You don't need to be an expert. The most important thing is the desire to improve.
New! Snow Park Summer Progression Camp (15-17 years)
For skiers aged 15-17 who already have experience in park skiing and want to take their riding to the next level.
You will get:
- Individual coaching from experienced trainers
- Clear development goals and feedback on your skiing
- Focus on technique, style and trick progression
- Physical training and strength exercises to prepare your body for long days on snow
- Knowledge about how training, preparation and technique help you develop as a skier

More than just skiing
Based at Radisson Blu Resort and developed together with Birk Ruud and BUSI, the camp offers a safe and inspiring environment for development. For many participants, this becomes the highlight of the summer, filled with new tricks, friendships and unforgettable ski experiences.
The park is built using snow preserved from the winter season and transformed into a unique summer snow park with lift access. It is groomed daily to ensure the best possible conditions throughout the camp.
When the day on the mountain is over, the activities continue. Together, participants head to climbing park, surfing, bowling and swimming. This is where they get to know the other participants.
Practical information and terms
Snow Park Summer Camp is organised by SkiStar Trysil in collaboration with Birk Ruud and Busi Company.
Safety and equipment
- Helmets are mandatory during all skiing activities.
- The use of back protection is strongly recommended.
- All participants are expected to follow the instructions of the coaches and the camp’s safety rules.
Behaviour and community
- The camp must be a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- There is zero tolerance for bullying, harassment or disrespectful behaviour.
- Serious breaches of the rules may result in the participant being sent home without a refund.
- The camp is strictly substance-free. Alcohol, drugs, tobacco and performance-enhancing substances are not permitted.
- Energy drinks and speakers/sound systems are also not permitted and may be confiscated.
Attendance and accommodation
To ensure safety and maintain oversight of all participants, the following applies:
- All participants must stay in their assigned hotel rooms throughout the entire camp.
- Participants are not allowed to come and go freely or be picked up/dropped off during the camp.
- The camp is organised as a shared experience from start to finish.
- Leave must be agreed in advance and approved by the organiser.
- Social activities such as birthdays or football matches are not considered valid reasons for leave.
Photo and video
- By signing up, guardians consent to the participant being photographed and filmed during the camp.
- The material may be used in communication and marketing on websites and social media.
Other
Guardians are responsible for informing the participant about the rules before the camp and ensuring they are well prepared.
