iChallenge Sälen 2026

iChallenge Sälen is an awesome training weekend filled with training sessions, challenges, competitions, lectures and happenings for everyone who loves training a little more than others.

Here you can challenge yourself in any of the activities, try new forms of exercise, learn more about exercise in any of the workshops and lectures while enjoying the nature in Sälen.

You will be able to select from at least 20 different activities in 150 sessions over 3 days. The activities are carefully selected to give you a good mix of fun, challenging, educational and inspiring sessions while giving you a unique experience of the nature that the mountains offer. The instructors are hand-picked by Karl and Peter and who comes and which sessions they hold will be released on an ongoing basis.

Training ticket 2026

In order to take part in iChallenge Sälen, you buy a training ticket. The training ticket includes all passes in the schedule, including the required equipment, and there is no extra cost on site.

SkiStar Lodge Lindvallen is located in Lindvallen in Sälen. Here you live in comfortable and cosy apartments with nature, activities, shops and restaurants close at hand. SkiStar Lodge Lindvallen is the perfect base for those taking part in iChallenge Sälen Lindvallen.

  • Welcome home to SkiStar Lodge Lindvallen

    The hotel is located at the foot of Lindvallen’s lifts and slopes, right next to the popular cross-country trails. The apartments have been newly renovated for winter 2025/26, with updated surfaces and furnishings. Just a stone’s throw away is Svansjön, the main summer activity area, featuring a climbing park, padel courts, and cycling trails. The heart of the hotel is the Lodge Bar, with an open fireplace and cosy seating. Right next door is Experium, the adventure centre with a pool, bowling, and spa.

  • Norrsken Spa
