For summer 2021 we have updated our procedures and made a number of adjustments to enable you to enjoy your holiday in the mountains in a safe and secure environment.
We're putting extra emphasis on safety and security, both for our guests and for our staff, and we're taking all possible steps to make your stay with us as safe as possible. Needless to say, our goal is to offer you a pleasant summer stay full of great activities, although some things will be slightly different again this summer.
Pre-book your products
This season we'd really like to emphasise the importance of pre-booking your LiftPass, bike equipment and other activities. By doing so, you can help us minimise queues and crowding. You can always cancel or change a LiftPass or a bike booking right up until the day before, so it's the safe choice in multiple ways.
Pandemic law in Sweden
Pandemic law continues to apply, and although it does not affect the operation of our lifts and outdoor environments, we will continue to apply the following measures until further notice:
- Our SkiStarshops and Concept Stores have a maximum number system and we carry out ongoing checks to ensure that the rules are being followed.
- Experium in Lindvallen, Sälen, has its own coronavirus information page where you can read about the preventive measures in place. You can view the page here »
The number of guests in our lodging properties is not affected by this law, but it is your responsibility to travel responsibly and only socialise according to current recommendations.
Pandemic law in Norway
In Norway, up to 20 guests are allowed in private homes, gardens and cottages. It must be possible to keep a distance from those who do not normally share a household.
It is still important to stay at home if you feel sick, wash your hands and keep your distance.
