Our snow guarantee applies to all our Scandinavian ski resorts and gives you the opportunity to re-book your trip, or get your money back, if we can’t deliver the ski product we've promised.
Our ski resorts all have unique geographical locations with different conditions. If the ski resort you have booked to travel to does not fulfil the snow guarantee, you can choose to rebook to another of our Scandinavian ski resorts.
Our snow guarantee applies to all our Scandinavian ski resorts between 13 December 2020 and the end of the season in spring 2021.
If you visit us early in the season we also offer you free cancellation and rebooking of your trip until the date when the snow guarantee takes effect. During pre-season (24 October – 12 December 2020), free cancellation and rebooking applies until you check in. Read more »
