Our snow guarantee applies to all our Scandinavian ski resorts and gives you the opportunity to re-book your trip, or get your money back, if we can’t deliver the ski product we've promised.
Our ski resorts are spread right across Scandinavia, which means that snow reliability varies. If the ski resort you booked travel to does not satisfy our snow guarantee, you can choose to rebook to another of our Scandinavian ski resorts.
Our snow guarantee applies to all our Scandinavian ski resorts between 16 December 2018 and the end of the season in spring 2019.
If you visit us early in the season we also offer you free cancellation and rebooking of your trip until the date when the snow guarantee takes effect. During pre-season (27 October – 15 December 2018), free cancellation and rebooking applies until you check in. Read more »
As a minimum we guarantee:
SÄLEN - 15 pistes are open simultaneously in Lindvallen, in the high mountains, at Tandådalen and at Hundfjället. (10 for the big and 5 for the little).
ÅRE - 10 pistes are open simultaneously in Duved, Åre city and Björnen.
VEMDALEN - 8 pistes are open simultaneously in Björnrike, Vemdalsskalet and Klövsjö/Storhogna
HEMSEDAL - 8 km prepared pistes and 628 fhm
TRYSIL - 20 km of prepared pistes and 620 vertical metres.
If we are unable to fulfil the snow guarantee you’ll have the opportunity to postpone or cancel your stay and get your money back till 11 am on your day of arrival. We will reimburse what you have paid for your ski pass, ski rental, ski school and lodgings, including cancellation insurance.
The snow guarantee does not cover temporarily closed lifts or slopes, as a result of, for example, technical problems or bad weather. The snow guarantee only applies at our Scandinavian destinations, and not at St. Johann in Tirol (pdf)
