Lost/Misplaced

Have you forgotten or lost something in our ski areas or accommodations during your stay?

You can report the missing item using the form below.

Please note that you will not receive a confirmation email after submitting the form. Your request is sent directly to the relevant department, which will investigate whether the item has been found. You will only be contacted if we locate your item.

You are responsible for shipping and administration costs. The service costs from 300 SEK, depending on the item’s weight, size, and destination.

We store found items for 14 days. After that, they are recycled or donated to humanitarian organizations.

Please note that we are not responsible for forgotten or lost items. We always do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that items will be found or returned.

By using the Lost and Found form, the personal data you provide will be processed by SkiStar AB and possibly other companies in the group. Your contact information may also be processed by SkiStar's partners, such as insurance companies, hotels, airline and bus companies, etc. SkiStar AB is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide. SkiStar AB complies with any provision that applies in connection with the processing of personal information you share with us in line with applicable legislation.
