Lost/Misplaced

Did you leave something behind or lose something during your stay with us? 

If you're still at the resort, contact your nearest reception desk or SkiStarshop and they'll do all they can to sort things out for you. If you've already come home, you can let us know about your missing item using the form below. 

Once you've let us know about your lost or forgotten item, your inquiry will be passed on to the relevant destination/department, which will then look into whether your item has been found. You will not receive an automatic confirmation that your query has been submitted. 

SkiStar is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. If the item is found, you are responsible for shipping costs and any other charges incurred. Prices depend on the size of the package, where the misplaced item was retrieved from and the delivery destination.
