By submitting a request for missing or lost items, your enquiry will be forwarded to the respective destination/department, which in turn will investigate whether your item has been found. You will only be contacted if your item is found and you are responsible for shipping and administration costs. This service costs from SEK 300 and depends on the weight and size of the item and where it is being sent from/to.
