Pontus! i Sälen has a warm and cosy international lodge atmosphere, where the calm Swedish mountain vibe has been given a distinctive North American feel – Sälen goes Colorado. 

The menu offers a wide range of dishes and an equally extensive wine and champagne list, signed by Pontus Group's head sommelier Mario E Moroni.

The restaurant also features a large and inviting bar for a sophisticated apres-ski refreshments straight from the champagne trolley. Here you can hang out all day long with a shuffleboard and comfortable seating groups. The fire is always blazing, and on certain days, you can look forward to live music after your full day of skiing. And when the spring sunshine finally arrives, there’s nothing better than sitting outside.

Colorado Ski in Buffet – with a brunch vibe – is a hearty buffet with inspiration from the North American and Swedish mountains.

The buffet is served from 11.30 - 14.30. No need to book a table, just drop in.
