Experience Åreskutan – Backside Off-Piste

Explore the backside of Åreskutan, one of Sweden's most classic and well-known off-piste areas, together with our experienced guides. Enjoy wide open spaces and fantastic views from the summit.

The trip starts with a tow up to the top of Åreskutan if the gondola is closed. If the gondola is open, we carry skis on our shoulders for the last part to the summit. Then we turn skis downhill and enjoy world-class skiing.

In bad weather or when the gondola is closed, we adjust the route and use available lifts in the lower zones to find safe and fun off-piste skiing.

Practical Information

  • When: Wednesdays and Fridays, weeks 7–16
  • Minimum age: 16 years
  • Prerequisites: You can ski controlled with parallel skis on all slopes.
  • Valid SkiPass required.
