Book SkiWeek Vemdalen

Find everything you need to know about booking SkiWeek Vemdalen, whether you are travelling as a smaller group or a larger party. See how booking works and what applies to payment, insurance, changes and cancellations.

4–48 participants

If your group has 4–48 participants, you can book online when booking is open.

If the places you want are not available, you can submit an expression of interest instead and we will handle your request manually.

49–192 participants

If your group has 49–192 participants, booking is handled through an expression of interest. We process requests in the order they are received and will contact you when we review yours.

Each booking contact can manage a maximum of 48 participants. Larger groups therefore need to be divided between several booking contacts.

How the expression of interest works

  1. Enter your preferred package and number of participants.
  2. Provide the name, email address and mobile number of each booking contact.
  3. Subject to availability, we will book your requested package.
  4. A booking confirmation and invoice from SkiStar AB will be sent as a PDF to the email address provided.

If we need any additional information to complete the booking, we will contact you before it can be confirmed. If we cannot offer the places requested, we will get in touch with further information.

Payment

  • The deposit is approximately 25% of the total booking, depending on the package, plus any insurance.
  • The deposit must be paid within 10 days to confirm participation in SkiWeek Vemdalen.
  • Payment reminders are not sent, so please keep an eye on your email.
  • The final balance must be paid no later than 42 days before arrival.

Insurance, changes and cancellations

Your group can add SkiStar's student insurance for 195 SEK per person. The insurance applies to everyone included in the booking and covers changes and cancellations before arrival.

  • Changes or cancellations made before the first payment, the deposit, are free of charge.
  • Once the first payment has been made, changes or cancellations cost 95 SEK per cancelled place.
  • Less than 21 days before arrival, changes or cancellations can only be made with a medical certificate. The cost is then 190 SEK per person plus the insurance cost.

If you choose not to take out SkiStar's insurance, no refund will be given and changes cannot be made once the final balance has been paid.
