Welcome to Sälen with campers and caravans! In Sälen, there are parking spaces for campers in Lindvallen with walking distance to the Experium and there is a seasonal camping for both caravans and campers in Tandådalen.
Camper parking in Lindvallen
We have almost 40 parking spaces for campers in Lindvallen, get your family and book a cozy camper holiday in the lovely Sälen.
The camper pitches are conveniently located close to lifts and facilities. In summer there are cycling trails, a climbing park, adventure golf and padel courts close by and in winter the camper pitches are in a perfect location for both alpine and cross-country skiing.
For winter 21/22 the is a new service building. The service building will contain two showers and two bigger rooms with bathroom and toilet as well as space for filling fresh water, and latrine and grey water drainage.
Walking distance to Experium
Experium is located only 500 metres from the camper pitches. Here you'll find everything you need for a comfortable holiday such as a convenience store (Lilla ICA Lindvallen), gym, laundry room and much more.
The laundry room at Experium has the same opening hours as Experium, see the current opening hours here. There are 5 machines with tumble dryers and 5 drying cupboards. You pay using the Flexypay app and the cost is 50 SEK/washing machine+tumble dryer.
For large purchases, there is ICA Supermarket Lindvallen, which is only at a 2 km distance from camper pitches. Check on the map »

About camper parking
All places have electric sockets. Electricity is not included in the price, but you can pay with your card or through the SkiStar app.
Note: if your camper is more than 10 m long, you will not be able to park it as there is not enough space, but you can park it on the other side of the road. In order to maintain a safety distance of 4 m with your closest neighbour, it is important to park it in the middle of the square.
Recycling station for household waste can be found within 300 metres.

Several parking spaces for campers
Day parking is available at all our squares located in immediate connection to lifts, SkiPass sales locations and ski rental shops. These car parks are intended for day visitors and not for overnight parking as we need to be able to clear them of snow and sand them at night.
Östra Tandådalstorget square also has a limited number of places where you can stay overnight (parking charge applies). Further instructions are available on site and you will need to pay with the Aimo app. To clarify, there is a general ban at all our day visitor car parks for parking camper vans overnight.
For daytime parking, please use the parking zones that are free of charge and have more space to manoeuvre for larger vehicles. Also see on-site signage for locally applicable regulations.
