Dream orientation in the Sälen mountains! The three-day 3+3 competition takes place this summer 2024 at Hemfjällstangen in Sälen.

You are invited to join our challenging orienteering programme in the magnificent mountain terrain. Distance-specific courses adapted for athletes of all ages and previous experience.

Programme

Friday 28 June - Medium distance on technically challenging mountain slopes.

Saturday, 29 June - Long distance. High-altitude mountain orientation with compass and ability to work at high altitudes.

Sunday 30 June - Medium distance. The weekend ends with a medium-distance course where intensive map reading takes place on a small, undulating hillside.
