Bike rental and service
You can rent a mountain bike or hand in your bike for service during the summer at SkiStarshop Experiumtorget. If you want to rent a downhill bike or protective equipment, you can do so at Gustavtorget.
To make sure that you get your bicycle, pre-book well in advance. If we are fully booked, there is a limited number of bicycles to rent on site.
activity insurance
For an extra safe holiday, add an activity insurance from Europeiska ERV. The insurance is a security for those who purchase a SälenPasset, and/or rent bicycle equipment, and applies if you were to have an accident or if the equipment were to get damaged or stolen.

Cycle service
We offer two different types of service packages.
SILVER – From 450 SEK
- General inspection of your bicycle's condition.
- Inspection and adjustment of gears.
- Inspection and adjustment of brakes.
- Tightening of crank bearings, handlebars, saddle and pedals.
- Tyre pressure adjustment
GOLD – From 899 SEK
- General inspection of your bicycle's condition.
- Inspection and adjustment of gears.
- Inspection and adjustment of brakes.
- Tyre pressure adjustment.
- Tightening of crank bearings, handlebars, saddle and pedals.
- Replacement of gear-shift cables, gear casings, brake cables, brake casings, if necessary.
- Any replacement of brake pads, chains or cassettes.
- Any airing of hydraulic brakes.
The offers apply only to labour. The cost of spare parts may be added.
Bicycle helmets are mandatory in all biking arenas.
