Travel to Hemsedal by train

Hemsedal does not have a railway station. Travel by train to Gol from Oslo or Bergen, then continue by coach for the final journey to Hemsedal.

Train from Oslo or Bergen to Gol

The Bergen Line connects Oslo and Bergen and stops at Gol. From either city, leave the train at Gol and continue by coach for the final part of the journey to Hemsedal.

Coach from Gol to Hemsedal

VY361 and Brakar 360 connect Gol with Hemsedal, stopping at locations including Ulsåk, Hemsedal centre, SkiStar Lodge Hemsedal and Tuv. Several services are timed to connect with trains at Gol.
