An extra bus departs from Rödkullen at 4:45 p.m., stopping at the cable car station, then continuing on to Åre village and the VM8.
It’s late winter, and the slopes are hard in the morning after sub-freezing temperatures overnight, but the surface usually softens during the day. Closed sections may occur on the runs due to refrozen snow cover. Please respect the signs.
Remember to keep your distance from others and adjust your speed. Be considerate of yourself and others.
The cross-country trails in Ullådalen and Björnen are in good condition and are groomed daily unless temperatures rise above freezing at night. The cross-country trails in Duved are not groomed due to thin snow cover, so skiing there is free.
Please park your car in the designated area so that it does not block the path for the ski buses, as this can cause delays.
