Electronics

  • All apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, make sure that the dial is set at 3 for the best refrigerator temperature.
  • The bathrooms have a motion sensor that turn the lights on when you enter. The sensor is located above or next to the door. There are three different modes on the sensor:
    • 0 - the light never comes on
    • Auto – the light turns on when you enter the bathroom and stays on for 15 minutes
    • 1 - the light is always on

Recycling

Recycle bins for household rubbish are located about 20 meters outside SkiStar Lodge Experium’s main entrance. There you can throw everything that is sortable.

Equipment in your lodging

All lodgings have:

  • Hair dryer
  • Hand soap as well as soap and shampoo In the shower
  • Bed linen, plus one large and one small towel per person

Our apartments also have:

  • Washing up liquid and dishwasher detergent
  • Dish cloth and brush
  • Waste sorting bags

  • Iron and ironing board (available to borrow in the reception)

No coffee filters or spices are provided in any lodgings.
An electric mixer can be borrowed from reception.

Please note that sheets, towels and blankets etc. are labelled with a chip. These belong to the hotel and if equipment is lost from the property in connection with your stay, you will be liable for reimbursement and will be charged extra.

Ski/Bike storage

Your ski/bike storage number is the same as your room number. You can borrow a lock for the storage from the reception. Lost padlocks will be charged with a fee of 300:-.

Other

  • If you are traveling with children, remember to show consideration for other guests - the corridors are not playgrounds and children are only allowed to take the elevator in the company of an adult.
  • The shared sauna is on the 1st floor and you can book it at the reception. Bring your own towel. Alcoholic beverages and glass bottles are not allowed to be consumed in the sauna.
  • It is prohibited to wear ski boots and studded shoes in the accommodation. Keep these in the ski storage room.
  • Fall protection for the upper sleeper is available in each apartment.
  • The tap water is drinkable in all apartments/rooms
  • There is a shared freezer is in the ski storage.
  • Shared drying cabinet is in ski storage.
    Laundry facilities are available on the basement level in Experiumhuset, for access to the laundry room the FlexyPay app is required.
  • Routines for lost & found: Contact the reception desk at +46(0)280-85501 . The hotel is not responsible for lost/left behind items inside or outside the house. Found items are kept at the reception for three weeks.
