In case of fire

Alarm

The hotel has an automatic fire alarm consisting of three levels.

Five minute alarm retention applied when an individual fire detector is triggered. The alarm is routed to the reception desk. If you accidentally trigger a smoke detector, please contact the reception desk: +46(0)280-84100 .
If multiple fire detectors are triggered, the alarm will immediately be routed to the official emergency service. The Siren sounds only in the section of the hotel where the alarm was triggered.
In the event of a total alarm being triggered at the hotel, the alarm is immediately routed to the emergency service. Sirens will sound throughout the building.

Rescue: Rescue a person in acute danger. Protect yourself.
Extinguish: Extinguish the fire without endangering yourself.
Evacuate: Always evacuate in case of an alarm and await information from hotel staff or the emergency service. The meeting point is at the terrace outside the restaurant Pontus, towards the slopes.

Important to bear in mind

Remember to extinguish live candles and turn off electronic devices.
Always keep the door closed to the hallway - the hallways are evacuation routes and must always be free of prams, sledges, etc.
Smoking is prohibited around the building or on patios and balconies.
All doors are open between 06:00 - 22:00every day. Outside these times you will need your door key to unlock them.
