In summer and autumn, Lodgen Spiseri transforms into a cosy café and gathering spot. The menu varies depending on the weather and ingredient availability. You can always get freshly baked sandwiches, pasta, Italian pizza sandwiches, refreshing drinks, Hemsedal’s best barista coffee and a lovely summer vibe – with warmth from the fireplace when the weather is cool.

In the evening, classic dishes with a modern twist and homemade Italian pizza are served. The kitchen uses Scandinavian ingredients and collaborates with local producers in Hemsedal. The restaurant also hosts theme nights and social dinners on selected days of the week.
