You can always change or cancel your SkiPass, ski school and ski rental booking up until the day before the first date of validity.

Full refunds 

With our cancellation and booking changes protection, you can always get full refunds up to 21 days before arrival. This means that you can cancel your trip and get your money back without having to supply documentation. 

Free change of booking

You can change your lodging booking free of charge up to 21 days before departure. You can change your ski resort, lodging, day of arrival or length of trip up to 21 days before departure without having to supply documentation.  

Cancellation in the event of illness

If you or a loved one should become acutely ill before or during your trip, you can cancel and get your money back. Applicable from the day of booking all the way through until you check out after your stay. 

Terms and conditions

The protection applies to the entire booking. You can buy it when you book your lodging or afterwards, until the registration fee is paid for the trip. The new cancellation and booking changes protection applies only to bookings made after 29 April 2020.
