Programme Uppåt Väggen (Up the Wall) 2024

Uppåt Väggen is a prestigious and fun competition with a difference! The competition involves getting to the top and down again from the legendary Väggen slope in Hundfjället as fast as you can.

Mandatory pre-registration for both youth and adult classes. 

Little Uppåt Väggen (Up the Wall), Easter Saturday 11:00

A shorter version of Uppåt Väggen (Up the Wall), where kids up to 15 years old can participate. No pre-registration is required. Entry to the competition area at 10.45, everyone starts at 11 am. 

Price: 0 SEK

Uppåt Väggen Youth (Up the Wall), Easter Saturday 12:00

Teenage race, 11-15 years, where they will run half the wall. Here, youths compete against each other for real, with timing and placements. Pre-registration by a guardian is required. Maximum 60 participants, first come first served.

Price: 50 SEK

Registration of racers and chip collection is done at the Secretariat of the competition area on the race day at 11 - 11.45 am. Contestants who have not registered by this time will lose their place in the competition. Contestants must enter into the goal area between 11.15-11.45 for equipment inspection. If you are not present for the equipment inspection you are not allowed to participate in the competition.

Uppåt Väggen (Up the Wall), Easter Saturday 13:00

Classic race for adults over 16 years. The participants will run up the Wall and then ski down through four gates. Combined start and first through the goal! Maximum 80 participants, first come first served.

Price: 100 SEK

Registration of racers and chip collection is done at the Secretariat of the competition area on the race day at 11am - 12.30 pm. Contestants who have not registered by this time will lose their place in the competition. Contestants must enter into the goal area at 12.15-12.45 for equipment inspection. If you are not present for the equipment inspection you are not allowed to participate in the competition.
