On 15 August 2026, Vasastafetten takes place – perfect for companies looking to compete in teams of five and strengthen team spirit.
With our company package, we take care of registration, accommodation and meals, so you can fully focus on the race. Race numbers are delivered directly to your accommodation, and both the energy buffet and breakfast are included.

Your conference package includes
- Accommodation: SkiStar Lodge Lindvallen, shared 6-bed apartments (price based on 4 people/apartment)
- Bedding and linen package: sheets and towel
- Final cleaning after checkout
- Breakfast buffet: 2 days, Saturday–Sunday
- Pre-race dinner & motivation before the relay: Friday
- Start in Vasastafetten: 5 people/team including bus transfer from Mora back to Lindvallen, Saturday
- Entrance: Sauna World and Adventure Pool (1 visit, Saturday)
