What's hidden in the snow...

32,469 pieces of litter were collected during our annual clean-up day, including 11,864 plastic items, 8,233 snus pouches, and 5,236 cigarette butts – equivalent to six tonnes of waste.

The clean-up day takes place every spring after the end of the ski season at all our destinations. All employees head out to collect litter in and around the ski area to help clean up after the winter. We call it Håll Fjället Rent (Keep the Mountain Clean).

Keep the Mountains Clean is a collaboration with Håll Sverige Rent and Hold Norge Rent, where we highlight, inform about, and work to reduce the littering that unfortunately affects our mountain destinations and nature.
