A trail run just for women
On Saturday 13 June 2026, the race kicks off! Gather your friends, daughters, sisters or mum and experience an unforgettable mountain adventure. Tjejmilen Sälen by EQPE is a weekend filled with joy of movement, relaxation and great company.
Two distances – 5 or 10 km
You will run through beautiful mountain scenery on easy trails with boardwalks and stunning views over Mellanfjället and Hemfjället. Choose the pace that suits you – a gentle jog or a more challenging run. The start and finish are at the top of Lindvallen, accessible by the Experium Express chairlift.
Preliminary start times
- 5 km: 09:30
- 10 km: 10:30
Age limit: 13 years for 5 km, 15 years for 10 km. Younger participants may join accompanied by an adult.
The entry fee includes a T-shirt, race number with timing chip, chairlift ride, medal, and refreshments along the course.

After Run with festival vibes
The party continues after the race!
After crossing the finish line, head to SkiStar Lodge Lindvallen for the summer’s biggest After Run featuring great food, refreshing drinks, and entertainment. On stage you’ll find both a DJ and Bucket List – the Sälen band guaranteed to get every Tjejmilen leg dancing. During the afternoon, our partners will offer activities and exclusive deals. So bring your family, friends, and everyone who cheered you on during the race and celebrate with us!
Food and drinks
Outside SkiStar Lodge Lindvallen, the chefs will serve a generous and varied menu ranging from chicken dishes to flavorful burgers. Of course, there will also be delicious vegan and vegetarian options. The same price applies to all dishes – simple and convenient, with payment by Swish or card (cash not accepted).
Our bars, both indoors and outdoors, will of course remain open and serve everything you could wish for to add an extra touch of celebration to the day.
