Storhøvda

A short and easy-accessible hike with great views. Perfect when you want to experience the mountains without a long day hike.

The hike goes through calm mountain forest before you come up to open areas with fine views over Hemsedal. A great hike both as a warm-up or as a finish to the day.

Starting point and parking

Drive to Ulsåk, about 4 km from the center, then follow the road toward Lykkja for 5 km. There you will find a parking lot at Gravset, with the Storhøvda sign. Then follow the marked trail.
