Hydnefossen

Experience nature’s raw power at one of Hemsedal’s most spectacular waterfalls. Hydnefossen plunges down the mountainside and gives you an experience you won’t soon forget.

The hike goes through beautiful mountain terrain with great views along the way. The waterfall is especially impressive after snowmelt and during periods of high water.

Starting point and parking

The hike is located in the mountain area by Veslehødn. Follow the road up toward the mountain and park in the area before continuing along the trail.
