Crowded House Café

Cozy family-owned slope restaurant in the middle of Björnens ski system. You can stop by for a coffee or a proper lunch with good drinks from local suppliers. You can both start and end your ski day with us!

Crowded House Stugan

Located in Björnens värmestuga you will find our small café. Here we offer waffles, soup, hot sandwiches and coffee. You can also pre-book breakfast with us!

Bagarstugan Bistro

Jämtland ingredients on the plate, mountains outside – welcome to our slope-side restaurant Bagarstugan Bistro, located by the Björnen lift in Björnen, right next to the ski run. Here we serve well-crafted mountain fare with a unique twist – perfect for those who want to enjoy good food between their runs. Personal bakery and café with a big passion for sourdough bread, cakes and baked goods. Also known for its award-winning homemade ice cream.

Åre Kafferosteri Kaffebar Torget

An award-winning coffee bar in the heart of Åre. Located at Åre Torg, 50 meters from the funicular. We serve our own roasted specialty coffee, coffee, sandwiches and hot toast, all baked on site.

Restaurant Pigo

Ancient mountain restaurant in the middle of central Duved with à la carte, pizza & pub. Cozy, child-friendly and relaxed! Here you will find everything from lunch, hot chocolate in front of the fire and a cold draft beer after the slope to fine dinner & takeaway pizza. We have two rooms where you are welcome to bring your dog and of course there is a separate menu for the pooch. Please book in advance in the evening or if you are many and please tell us if you have your dog with you so we can plan in the best way. A warm welcome!

Kaffebaren VM8 lift

At the coffee bar at the VM8 valley station (Å22) you can have a good cup of coffee between rides, warm up and even grab a quick bite to eat. There are always freshly baked cinnamon buns.

Holidayshop Åreskutan

At Kabinbanan’s (Å29) mountain station. Restaurant with several hot dishes and vegetarian options and of course plenty of refreshments. Freshly baked cinnamon buns every day. Open when the cable car is running.

Toppstugan Åre

Sweden's highest cafe is located approximately 800 metres from Kabinbanan's (Å29) mountain station. The café offers reindeer wraps, waffles, hot chocolate and when it's sunny we also have an outdoor BBQ. Arrival by snow scooter is possible on most days. In the summer you can walk the 800 metres.

Hotell Fjällgården

Ski in ski out. Restaurant and hotel in the middle of the slopes. At the bottom of the Snobbrännan and the top of the Bergbanan. Coffee, Lunch, Afterski with live band Mon-Sat and Dinner every day. Also open in summer. You are welcome!

Supper Åre

It all started right here in Åre. In the autumn of 2008, three friends made their dream a reality and started Supper Åre. In autumn 2019, Supper Åre moved into Villa Tottebo's historic premises. A meeting place for large and small groups where South American flavours and a community feel are at the centre of the experience. Bergstugan

Catering at the historic Fröå Mine. At Bergstugan all food is cooked from scratch with local ingredients. They serve homemade flatbread, coffee, crispy waffles and homemade ice cream. Big midsummer celebration on 23 June.
