Shareholder discount all year round

As a SkiStar shareholder, you receive benefits during your mountain holiday at our alpine destinations in Sälen (Lindvallen, Högfjället, Tandådalen and Hundfjället), Åre (Björnen, Åre Village, Tegefjäll and Duved), Vemdalen (Vemdalsskalet, Björnrike, Klövsjö and Storhogna), Hammarbybacken, Hemsedal and Trysil.

Shareholder discounts on skistar.com, in the SkiStar app or on skistarshop.com

The shareholder discount applies to you if you own at least 200 shares in SkiStar. The discount also applies to the shareholder's family (spouse/partner and children living at home under the age of 18):

  • 15% discount on SkiStar All Year
  • 15% discount on SkiPass
  • 15% discount on Sälen-, Åre-, Trysil- and HemsedalPasset Small and Medium
  • 15% discount on ski school and activities
  • 15% discount on ski and bike rental
  • 15% discount on products at skistarshop.com and in SkiStarshop and Concept Store shops

How do I use the shareholder discount?

Log in to skistar.com or in the SkiStar app, and the shareholder discount will be automatically deducted at checkout.

The shareholder discount does not apply to

  • accommodation
  • food
  • tickets
  • Sälen-, Åre-, Trysil- and HemsedalPasset Large
  • camps and courses with accommodation and food
  • products, services or activities:
    • that are not operated by SkiStar
    • that are not booked via skistar.com
    • with a discounted price, campaign price or Super Deals
  • electronics or Super Deals at skistarshop.com, in SkiStarshop or Concept Store shops

The discount only applies to regular prices and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Who can use the shareholder discount?

The shareholder discount applies to individuals only, not companies.

How do I register my shares?

You must be a shareholder in good time, approximately 5 weeks before making your booking, and you must be registered in our customer database at skistar.com. This is because the customer database is updated monthly, approximately ten banking days after the end of each month. Please note that the discount will therefore not be activated immediately after you have paid for the shares.

  1. Hold the shares in a VP or ISK account.

The discount applies to you if you own at least 200 shares in SkiStar held in a VP account, in a securities account or in an ISK account. The discount does not apply to shares held through a capital insurance policy or pension account.

  1. Register on skistar.com.

The discount applies to you if you are registered in our customer database. Register here

If you are a Swedish shareholder and already a customer, you need to check that your full personal identity number is registered under "My Page". If you use BankID as your login method, your personal identity number will be retrieved automatically.

  1. Manual registration

Foreign shareholders are handled manually. Contact us approximately 10 banking days into the month after you have purchased your shares, via aktieagarservice@skistar.com or +46(0)10 810 96 19, and we will add the shareholding to your customer profile.

For shareholders under the age of 18, a guardian should contact us at aktieagarservice@skistar.com or +46(0)10 810 96 19 for registration.
