Frost Pool & Sauna
Welcome to Frost Pool & Sauna – an oasis for all ages. After a day of adventures, unwind here in a warm and relaxing atmosphere with views of Hundfjället dressed in its winter finery.
Here you’ll find both indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sauna, ice shower, caldarium, and an Aufguss sauna with various essential aroma oils. In our bar, we serve chilled drinks and light snacks. At Frost, we also offer relaxing massages and soothing body and facial treatments.

Age Limits at Frost Spa & Sauna
- Children under 12 are welcome every day from 10:00 to 19:00. when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children over 12 may visit the spa area without adult supervision but must be able to swim at least 200 metres.
- In the evening (19:00-22:00), the spa area is open to adults (16+) seeking a calm and relaxing spa experience.
